Vario Balance is a dosing scale that makes weighing liquids and powders simple and error-free, because it calculates the quantities to be mixed extremely precisely.

Finally, time-consuming and inaccurate weighing can be dispensed with by means of measuring instruments that are often not calibrated: liquid, water and powder are poured directly into the mixing container. After entering the desired concentration value, the unit displays the correct component percentages and allows individual mixing programs to be stored.  It is also possible to catalogue the coating masses on 50 memory levels.

In addition, it guarantees reproducible results in the preparation of the casting and pressing muffles, and facilitates processing in the case of coating materials and plasters contained in large packages.

The steps to be taken during the weighing process are clearly indicated and legible on the display. The indication of the residual quantities during the weighing of the liquid and water facilitates the mixing of the perfect concentration.

The amount of powder to be added to the mixer based on the liquid poured is calculated and shown on the display. During addition, you can constantly read the remaining quantity required to reach the selected expansion for the coating mass. It is no longer necessary to premix and store the various liquid concentrates. In the case of manufactured articles of different sizes and geometries, when for the desired precision it is necessary to perform the coating using extremely accurate concentration values, it is sufficient to set the value on the unit.
