Mixer, the tool that was missing

This is a heated UV resin mixer. UV resins are increasingly sophisticated from a chemical point of view and require more and more attention in their preparation for printing; it is the perfect tool for this task. Thanks to a jet of hot blown air, it heats the resin very quickly, this means that, thanks to the gentle rolling action, the heated and fluidized molecules can mix with each other, coming into intimate contact. Basically a perfect mix!

Furthermore, Mixer is able to accommodate all bottles up to 260mm in length and 130mm in diameter and of any shape.

Thanks to the universal adapter, it is possible to prepare any bottle for printing, even square ones. The adapters can then be stored in the practical side compartment.

Rolling the resin bottles ensures optimal mixing without incorporating air. It will therefore not be necessary to wait for the air bubbles incorporated by manual shaking to dissolve. Furthermore, letting so much air come into contact with the resin quickly compromises its quality.

The management of the internal temperature is entrusted to a digital thermostat with a precision of 0.1°C. The temperature can be set from zero to 60°C with a maximum difference compared to the ambient temperature of 45°C. This means that if the room is 25°C the maximum temperature is 60°C while if the room is 5°C the maximum temperature that can be reached will be 50°C.
