Light Box 2 is a fast and easy to use post-curing cabinet for 3D printing. Thanks to the double Power Slab technology, the booth uses a double UV light source to improve the resistance and uniformity of the print in just 5 minutes (3 minutes with the FAST option).
The concentrated light technology ensures that all UV rays only go to the bottom of the cabin and not into the surrounding environment, while the double beam of light hits the objects with very high intensity for fast and deep polymerization.

Thanks to the advanced technology of the double Power Slab, the energy produced by the LEDs is conveyed into the polymerization chamber, bringing the model to be treated to the optimal temperature of 80° C with maximum speed. The angle of the UV source, suitably inclined, diffuses UV light over the entire internal surface. The combination with the innovative turntable offers uniform and highly resistant printing.
Light Box 2 stacks easily with our signature tub boxes, ensuring a compact design and all the amenities you need at your fingertips. Vat Rest 2, the 3D Business container, has been specifically designed to contain all the FEPs used for 3D printing in a comfortable and practical way. In this way, the resin remains homogeneous and ready for subsequent use. Vat Rest 2 also includes a dedicated space inside the container to store all the necessary tools, to satisfy your every need.
How does 3DBusiness thermal insulation work?
The 3D Business thermal insulation system uses a closed cell honeycomb structure which guarantees high thermal and acoustic insulation, as well as incredible mechanical resistance, lightness and structural rigidity. The rhomboid cell structure is produced by 3D printing and forms the bones and skin of the walls of printers and curing booths. The main material, polylactic acid, is produced from renewable raw materials and all 3D Business products are compostable.
